This class is a fun, sexy way to strengthen the quads, calves, hamstrings, and of course your buns (and yes the class is done in your high heels). Improved balance and posture are a bonus in this tough 45 minute class. Class will leave you feeling strong, sexy, and powerful. Come for the fun of it. Come for the killer workout.
